What to expect at Wellbeing Coaching

Wellbeing Coaching will be a structured, guided conversation designed to help you understand your patterns, regain focus, and create sustainable change in your daily life.

It features a gentle step by step process, with the client as the expert in their life, the coach providing guidance - helping you step into contentment.

How is this different from therapy or counselling

Wellbeing Coaching is future-focused and action-oriented.
I do not diagnose, treat, or provide mental health therapy. Instead, I help you understand your personal patterns, decision-making style, energy rhythms, and behaviour loops so you can make clearer choices, enriching your life path, to reach contentment.

What happens in a session

Sessions are 60 minutes and typically include:

  • Deep listening to your story and current issues.

  • Reviewing current life challenges or patterns showing up and discussing your story.

  • Pattern mapping (how things connect underneath the surface) in a practical way.

  • Practical strategies you can apply immediately

  • Gentle accountability and forward planning

Sessions are structured but natural and conversational - never clinical or scripted. I want to know you, listen to your challenges and gently work with you on your goals.

Where do sessions take place

Sessions are available:

  • Via Zoom

  • CBD Newcastle, Australia

How many sessions will I need

Ongoing fortnightly sessions are useful when navigating life transitions or wanting to deeply work with in-grained patterns. Session frequency is flexible in structure - you choose what feels right for you.

Who is Wellbeing Coaching for

This coaching is designed for adults who:

  • Feel stuck, scattered, or emotionally drained

  • Want deeper understanding of their patterns

  • Are ready to make meaningful, sustainable life changes

  • Are open to reflective, insight-based work

When are sessions available

Sessions are generally available (NSW time zones):
Monday – Saturday: 7am – 1pm
Availability is shown on Calendly.

How do I book

Bookings are made online on Calendly.
After booking, you’ll receive:

  • Intake form

  • Confirmation email from me

What is your cancellation policy

Rescheduling: You can reschedule up to 4 hours before a session by emailing on the contact form below.

Cancellations: Complete cancellation and refund is not possible. But, as above, you may reschedule up to 4 hours before your session to move your session to another time; all other circumstances are non-refundable.

Can I bring my child or pet

Babies aged under 6 months are welcome (stroller/pram).
Children over 6 months and pets are not permitted, to maintain focus and session quality.
